On the afternoon of October 4,2025,the grand opening ceremony of Rima Precision Forging (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. was held in Rayong Province, Thailand.

Distinguished guests included Mr.Yasuda,Director of Sumitomo Riko Co.,Ltd.;Mr.Lin,General Manager of SumitomoRiko(Thailand);Ms.LALANA,Procurement Director of Purosipai Auto Parts (Thailand); Mr.Virat,Chairman of TUNDER; Mr.Sato,Senior Manager of FRASER;YuMaosong,Chairman of the Rima Group;Du Chen,Director of the Rima Group;Yamaguchi Kenji,General Manager of Changzhou Rima;and Qian Chengyan,Deputy General Manager of Hangzhou Rima. Together with Mr.Hirai Toshikazu,General Manager of Rima(Thailand),they attended the ceremony.The guests gathered to witness this milestone moment in the Rima Group’s overseas strategic expansion.

The ceremony commenced warmly with the host's enthusiastic opening.It began with an opening address by Toshikazu Hirai,General Manager of Rima Thailand,who elaborated on the company's strategic positioning, mission, and code of conduct in Thailand.

Rima Thailand's Strategic Positioning: 

To provide high-performance products based on forging technology to the world.

1.Expand development based on forged products.

2.Implement a comprehensive strategy for automotive anti-vibration rubber components, while also undertaking projects for the U.S. market.

3.Enter the automotive safety components sector.

4.Serve as a business hub for the Southeast Asian region (Thailand, India, Indonesia, etc.).

Rima Thailand's Mission: 

To produce metal components that enhance vehicle quietness, comfort,and safety,contributing to safer social mobility.

Next, representatives from the distinguished guests delivered their addresses.

Amidst the witness of all distinguished guests,Mr.Yu Maosong, Chairman of the Rima Group，and Mr.Toshikazu Hirai,General Manager of Rima Thailand,jointly conducted the ribbon-cutting ceremony, solemnly announcing the official commencement of Rima Thailand's operations.

Following the ceremony, all guests gathered together for a vibrant cocktail reception. Mr.Yu Maosong, Chairman of the Rima Group, delivered a toast, warmly welcoming every distinguished guest in attendance and expressing his deepest gratitude to all partners.

At 7:00 PM, as a warm and reluctant atmosphere settled over the gathering, the Chairman of the Rima Group delivered his closing remarks.
